Are you, or is he having sex for the sake of just having sex?

Sounds like our boyfriend has a high libido if he wants to have sex a lot.  Rather than have intercourse, you could satisfy him by manually stimulating him without him having any vaginal penetration.

We don't always feel like having sex and that is normal.

Perhaps it would be a good idea for you to tell your boyfriend that you are not in the mood for sex if you do not feel like it.  You can get as much pleasure satisfying your partner in different ways without having intercourse.

Thanks so much @jemma116. I have tried different positions.  Even when I haven't done anything stressful before sex it's still like thay. It's making me really scared.

Have you tried having sex in different positions?

You may feel too tired, this can affect how you feel about sex.
Having had a stressful and anxious day, not enough sleep, worry, can all dampen your sex drive.
