Vance is right--masturbation has nothing to do with wrinkle formation.  How much time have you spent in the sun over your lifetime?  Too much sun is a far more likely cause of wrinkles and premature aging.  Stress might be a factor too.

As far as reversing it, you probably can't do much without some really expensive dermatological treatments, but you could try the anti-aging wrinkle reducing creams in the skin care aisle.  You should also wear sun screen every day to prevent further wrinkle formation (not to mention reduce the chances of skin cancer).

Hi Sami, You may need to look around the lady's cosmetic store and ask what help they have for under the eyes, but you could try aloe vera gel rubbed in twice a day.
But please google bags under the eyes, you find some better useful answers than I can come up with, but some are not cheap, but things like this could come from you being of Asian descent.
Good Luck
