We may need some more details, but the reason is most probably that you are not sexually aroused enough, as a female you must be in a very aroused state to be wet, and many girls have not mastered that, being as they are too insistent on pleasing their partner, and are not sure of what turns them on, thus i would advise to spend time masturbating and fantasizing about sexual turn ons, and exploring your own body, before you turn to sex, in order to figure out what gets you off, it can also be because you are stressed out and not relaxed enough during the deed. You need to learn to relax completely and let go of all your worries and concerns and really enjoy it, and self consciousness can heed the natural lubricant.
You can also always go to a drug store, or a sex shop and invest in some lubricant. Many women have the same problem, due to normal reasons. What you are experiencing is more common than you think, which is why the market has produced many versions of lubricant. I would suggest buying a female lubricant, they are nice and slimy and slippery and match the same wetness of the vagina, try to get a water based one, and try to open it and test it, if they allow you to, make sure the consistency is thin and slippery. The types of lube that are thick and sticky, can sometimes hurt during friction.
But if you really want to experiment in creating your own natural wet lubricant, try the tips above. The thing is, women do not always produce enough lubricant in order for the experience to be enjoyable and slippery as it is, so it's always good to have a bottle of lube nearby.Do not be worried about your partner being offended - you can make the process of applying the lube sexy, or if you wish, you could always use saliva and give him a ******** before hand.

I had that problem and I couldn't stay wet during sex and it was so painful we had to stop.
I don't think it's something wrong with you. I've been on birth contrrol for a while and one of the kinds I was on did decrease sexual desire so that could play effect on your situation. If it a bog problem for you ask your dr
