surgery to reduce oversized penis
My friend has a very oversized penis of 36cm (13inches when erect) and quite thick. This is very problematic during intercourse, and prevents him and any partners from enjoyment. He has lost several relationships because of this. Seriously, he would like to know is there such a thing as penis reduction surgery and what does the surgery involve, any side effects etc. This is a very legitimate problem causing him much personal dissatisfaction. Please, only serious answers required.
