The clear fluid that you described is a vaginal discharge that is the female equivalent of ejaculate. It's perfectly healthy and perfectly normal. And, nothing to be alarmed about. Enjoy.

Agreed that it's probably a female ejaculation. Don't worry, a lot of guys think that's awesome.

Try to find more information on "female ejaculation" or "squirting" (not in porn but in scientific articles and studies or discussions on the internet), if you look up for example "female ejaculation" in wikipedia, you will find plenty of info and different approaches and you can decide whether it is applicable to your situation.
In my opinion, you are a lucky woman, one of those who are able to have female ejaculation related to G-spot orgasms and women who have this ability claim that these orgasms are more intense than other orgasms they can reach. It happens to my partner regularly and both of us love it. So probably you are not "ill", just "gifted".

Yeah, I don't think you should worry. I had a girlfriend who did that all the time in large amounts. I looked at it as the female equivilent to ***. Of course I am just a guy and I am sure there are women here who can be more reassuring.
