HIV/AIDS does not stop at borders. It does not need a passport. yes you are at risk for STD's and an unwanted pregnancy. like Judy said vitamins have no affect on an STD. If the person you had intimate relations with has an STD you CAN catch it. You need to be tested.
HIV, AIDS and STD's are worldwide. They just don't reside in North America. Perhaps this escort slept with another person who lived in the US and did it without a condom. Like Judy said, vitamins don't stop you from contracting diseases. Just protect yourself.
sorry, I meant, "Vitamins have nothing to do with protecting you from risky behavior". Also, you don't know who else this "escort" has been with, so the risk of spreading STD's and HIV is even greater than with a partner in a relationship.
If you are practicing unprotected sex and risky behavior with "escorts" you are at risk for STD, HIV and unwanted pregnancies and it does not matter what part of the world you are in. Vitamins have nothing to do with at risky behavior.

Sometimes herpes are on the inside of a mouth. She could've had sores on the inside that you couldn't see. So there is a chance that herpes can be transmitted that way. However if it was today it is too soon to tell. Putting aftershave on your penis is the cause of your burning. I wouldn't recommend doing that again. I would get tested anyway since you are engaging in sexual activity with escorts without using protection. In the future I would suggest always using a condom because you never know.
