Burst blood vessel under penis skin
Hi - I recently was having sex(with a condom) and one of the blood vessels that are under the foreskin just burst about half an inch or less from the tip of the penis, it looks like a minor cut. I had retracted the foreskin before putting the condom on. It was a scary moment when I saw the blood inside the condom. I removed the condom and had to hold on tight to stop the bleeding. I went to the doctor, bleeding had diminished significantly when I arrived an hour later, and they put a special bandage that helps clot the blood. I had taken viagra one hour prior, not sure if that has anything to do. I have a big gland(head) and the reason I write this is because condoms usually feel tight.
I had oral sex(with no condom) right before putting the condom for intercourse. I remember having a feeling that the teeth hurt the area in question towards the end - not sure if that initiated the chain of events, but there was no blood after oral sex and for 15 minutes before intercourse.
Why is this happening ? Does the condom or taking viagra have anything to do ?
How long should I wait before the blood vessel heals ?

I'm 30 yrs. old and masterbate quite frequently. I noticed a year ago that i have this long vain with dark skin starting from head o fmy penis till the lower left side, it seems like a dead skin cuz it feels really smooth. At times, the skin feels really sticky and i feel like something burns my skin if i wear a tight boxer/underwear. Lately my penis has been curving to the left a little, and i feel like red/brown long lines around the penis skin....i feel like its blood all dried but not sure....i used to masterbate with no lube. It appears to me that these lines/dark blood vessels are all over the left side...any idea what this could be.

What you have here is a torn frenulum--a fairly common occurence in men with a foreskin. The frenulum attaches the foreskin to the shaft of the penis, much the same your tongue is attached to the bottom of your mouth.
Most frenulum tears heal on their own. Until the tear is healed and you're no longer in any pain, do not do anything that involves friction. Treat it as you would any other cut or tear. Leave it alone until it heals. Once you become sexual again, it's important that you use plenty of lube. And be sure to use some lube on the inside tip of the condom as well, which will help the end of the condom to slide on the head of your penis, thus avoiding any future tearing--plus it feels good. If this ever happens to you again, you might want to consult a urologist to see if she/he can suggest a course of preventative treatment. Best of luck to you. Dr. J

Just to add to my question. I just found out that the cut/tear is in what is called Frenulum. which looks like two ligaments(or blood vessels) in the shape of "Y".
