Skin discoloration

Since I was a child (19 now) I have had white skin discolorations on my penis and scrotum.  They don't itch, hurt, or contain any liquid.  I'm fairly scared about what it could be.  Could someone please help?

Well since you haven't posted a photo of these discolorations, how do you suppose anyone can tell you what they are? If you're worried, see a urologist.

And since you have no symptoms, what are you worried about? They're obviously just a unique and benign part of your skin. Most penises and scrotums have moles, freckles, bumps, hair follicles, etc.

However, as mentioned above, there's no way for anyone to tell you about these bumps without an examination. I suggest you see a urologist for answers to your question. Dr. J
