Soreness

What would be some reasons my testicles hurt. I have not found any lumps and they have been hurting for a couple of weeks. Is it sex? Walking to much? anything would help.

diagnostic of this problem is a pain in the kester. Infection is #1, Epididymitis, perennial nerve issues, Prostatitis, and spermacoloies, and renal problems. The nerve is shaired so the pain can be from many diffrent sources. A visit with a good urologist is essential, avoid clinics with drive-by doctors as this needs a bit more care than common issues and a 3 min exam isn't going to do anything. A scrotal ultrasound is the first diagnostic tool, renal ultrasound, cystoscopy, and prostate ultrasound are in order of normal procedure. Often a doctor will just feel them for bumps and then hit you with a months worth of cipro to try to fix it, that work about 40% of the time.

Yes, the fluids need to be flushed regularly, were made for it, problems start if it doesn't happen, normally the body forces the issue with night time emissions, but some guys stop them for some reason even when they are needed.

It could be the early stages of an infection in the body- not necessarily an std which i'm not suggesting, but  a guy I know recently went to the doctor because one of his was sore all the time and after a couple of months or so it began to swell and when he went to the doctor they found an infection that had somehow worked it's way in there. Also not to be embarrassing but I've heard that guys who don't ejaculate often enough can get sore, since the testicles create new semen all the time and the old stuff is supposed to be "gotten rid of" for the new stuff- don't know how true that is though.
