Burning after ejaculation

I have always had normal ejaculations up intil last week and then i started having a bad burning through my entire penis as it comes out and continues to go on for atleast 5 mins or longer and as i was getting hard it almost felt like i had to pee and *** at the same time that has happened everytime and now im also having a hard time getting hard and staying hard for sexual intercourse im only 23 and i dont have any idea whats going on ive had the same sex partner for the last 3 years and have been very faithful

Hi Chris.

You're asking a question for which there is no answer without having a thorough physical exam. Burning indicates a physiological issue which must be treated.

Please make an appointment to see a urologist (a physician who specializes in men's penises). You may have a simple infection or irritation, or some other related condition. Either way, you need to find out what's going on ASAP. Don't delay. Best of luck to you. Dr. J
