Could my puberty be unfinished?

Hello everybody, my problem is that I'm 20 but I still have a kid face, my facial hair is just lame, I have just a little hair on my armpits, my nipples are small, my voice sounds kind of kiddy and my body in general doesn't look manly, plus I've seen how kids just totally change the way they look and their voice in a really short time, I never felt such a drastic change on myself.

The bag of my left testicle isn't as long as the right one, I believe the testicle is smaller too, I've heard they get about the same size when sexual development is fully completed.

By the way, I got an endrocrine test but the only wrong thing they found was low prolactine.

I'm confused by your question. Your profile states that you are a female, so I'm wondering how it is you have testicles.

Perhaps you're a woman, and you're asking for a friend? I'll proceed on that basis.

First, everyone is different. Our bodies change at different rates and speeds. And your testicles are no different than any other man's; one always hangs lower than the other. This has nothing to do with late puberty.

I understand the pressure you feel to conform to some "masculine" adult norm, but there's not really anything you can do to force the issue. There's absolutely nothing wrong with you. In fact, you may have a youthful appearance for most of your life, which, believe me, most people would kill for. My suggestion to you is that you accept who you are and enjoy your youthful appearance while it lasts. Believe me, one day, you'll wake up, and you'll wish you still looked that way!

Stop worrying so much about your appearance and focus on becoming interested in other people. A man who pays attention to others and likes them is always popular. Then when your adult body DOES manifest itself, you'll be a confident, attractive man. Good luck. Dr. J

Oh, and if you smoke marijuana, stop.  It lowers testosterone and muscle mass.

Try increasing your testosterone by exercising to build muscle mass.  You won't look like a kid anymore.
