okay i getting a little worry im about to be 17 and my penis is about 3 inches no bigger than that and i getting worried because everytime my pubic hair are getting attached to my penis because i got a uncircusized penis so by the way pubic is bigger than my penis. so is my penis small ???and what would you suggest i do please help seriously???????
