Swollen Perineum Help?!

About 3 weeks ago, my boyfriend and  were having sex...It might have been rougher that usual, plus, he's big & i'm small...While we were 'doing it', i felt the pressure, as if something had 'ripped'...We still continued...After it was all done, it immediately started to hurt...I didnt bleed or anything...This lasted about 5 days...It would bother when i would sit down or sometimes when i would walk...Now, it doesnt hurt anymore...There is nothing visibly wrong with my vagina...It seems to be normal...Its been about 1 week now & ive noticed that the skin between my anus & vagina, i believe its called the perineum, is a little bit swollen...It doesnt hurt at all...But when i clean myself after using the bathroom, it might hurt if i touch the swollen part...i always keep that area clean...ive also noticed a white discharge on my panties & sometimes in the toilet...ive also been noticing a foul smell...he also had some scabs on his penis...only 2 little scabs...they looked like paper cuts...they already healed though...i have no bumps anywhere else...i dont have any open sores anywhere else or any pain anywhere else...in reality, i have no pain...im just a little swollen...any insight on this please?

Why would you allow this sized man to come to you. If it hurts stop. Stop. Scabs? Tell him to get it checked. Why would he have paper cuts on his penis? Is he thinking and writing with that head? Stop. You will pay for this when you get older.

Hello.

No one can diagnose your condition without doing a thorough examination. I urge you to see your gynecologist or visit your local women's clinic or Planned Parenthood, where you can receive confidential, low-cost/free treatment.

And here's a tip: if you're small, and he's big, no rough sex unless you want to put your health at risk. Ask your partner to go slow. You need to control the penetration, not him. And please don't have penis-vagina sex until you're very turned on and wet. If lubrication is a problem, be sure to use a lube. Best of luck to you. Dr. J

Its Probably just a Yeast Infection or Bacterial Vaginosis.  I get them all the time and that whole area can swell up and from the discharge thats what it sounds like.  Dont panic go to the gyn and get the medicine, easy fix.
