Tight foreskin and penis enlargement creams.
I currantly have a tight foreskin so the skin does not go all the way back, i've heard you can get something from the Dr's but im alittle to scared to go as i dont know if he will want to see it, and im alittle uncomfortable about my size, will he just give me some cream without having to check it.
Secondly, do these penis enlargement creams actually work? I've heard Gigaman is meant to work, but i just want to get others opinions on it, i know its not going to make a huge difference, but just anything will do i guess.

which evr ones your thinking about using look on consumer reports and they will tell you weather their any good or not.but remember this its not how big you are its how you use it.see the doctor its all kept confidential.that extenzs and all that other **** on tv that you see especially the one with the guy with the big sile on his face ,there all scams.look it up on consumer reports you will see what i'm talking about

If you're old enough to worry about your penis, you're old enough to see a physician about any problems you may have. Get over your discomfort and take responsibility for your body. Physicians are used to looking at penises. Every man has one, and physicians don't judge size, shape, etc. They know there's a tremendous variation in penises--everyone is different.
In most cases, having a foreskin that doesn't retract should not cause any problems, unless you're experiencing pain. If you'd like to experiment with making it more retractable, try manually stretching it gently, a little at a time. Many men with non-retractable foreskins have no problems at all. It's merely a physical variation with occurs in many men who aren't circumsized.
About penis size:

Our society does a terrible disservice to men by raising them to think that their penis has to be 10 inches long, hard as a rock and last all night. It’s no wonder that many men feel insecure about their penis. If you think everyone else looks like a male porn star, of course you’re going to feel inadequate!

Some men’s penises are 1 inch when flaccid (we’ll call these growers), and others are 5 inches (we’ll call these show-ers). BUT: during erection, the 1-inch penis may grow to the same 6-inch erect size as the 5-incher. That’s right; despite their differences when flaccid, they’ll both erect to approximately the same size. Why don’t most of us realize this? Because most of us just don’t get the opportunity to see men when they’re flaccid and then erect. And did I mention shrinkage? When men are cold or nervous, the penis and testicles pull up into the body for protection (“I’m hiding!”). If you see a penis right after it’s been in a cold swimming pool, I guarantee it will not resemble its erect self in any way!
I've seen no research indicating that any product can change the size of your penis. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually IS. In this case, that observation is spot-on.
