I feel infection in my ******* and I wanna know the reason?

before  5 weeks ago I used a hair removal cream called NAir around my ******* and after that I have oral sex with a guy we didn’t do anal  it’s just was external he just rabbed his private part between my legs and his precum comes on my back skin cause he did it  without condom and my body that’s only honestly. and after that day I begin to feel like my ******* etch or something burn it but I was thinking maybe because my hair its begin to grow up and I didn't visit the Doctor during these five weeks until I noticed that its come something wet from my ******* I don’t know the color but I saw my back wet I noticed that after five weeks passed which lead me to visit the doctor and when he checked my back he asked me if I did sex I said no cause I don’t think of it as sex cause its was external. Later on he gave me injection and he told me I have infection on my ******* and inside the line meant the tunnel inside the ******* and the doctor asked me to visit him the next day and I did but I surprised he gave me other two injections one of them called locan and the other injection I don't remember the name and he gave me cream called Bevason Cream and pills called Julphamox and am now using it and the pain getting less but I feel like I have favor and I go to the bathroom a lot as well as my stomach feeling like there is a gas and pain me follow it I feel I wanna swallow and these feelings started since I noticed there is a wet on my back so I'm now confused about the reason for the infection in my ******* I don't whether it's because of the cream or the sexual experience and I wanna know if the favor and feeling I wanna swallow is it the result of my ******* infections I would appreciate your answers with lots of thanx

Hello.

I really can't understand most of what you write, so please be aware that I can't answer most of your questions. If you are having any sort of sexual contact with someone, you MUST educate yourself about STDs, etc. This website has excellent information about STDs, and I urge you to read it. Ask your doctor about the medications prescribed and what they're for. Dr. J

Hello.

The drugs you've been prescribed are for treatment of fungal infections and Gonorrhea. I don't know why you didn't tell your physician that you'd had sexual contact, because this is important information in helping her/him diagnose and treat you. I urge you to contact her/him with this information. I can't tell you anything because I'm not your doctor.

If you're being sexual in any way with another person and you don't use risk reduction techniques, you're exposing yourself to both pregnancy and disease. Please educate yourself about this and choose an effective form of risk reduction and birth control. With great sex comes great responsibility, so play hot, but play safe. Dr. J
