Hi.
I'm not a gynecologist; and even if I WERE, I couldn't answer your question without a physical exam to determine the extent of your injury.
I CAN tell you possible reasons for your cramping, bleeding, etc., but you really need to see your gynecologist if this continues. It's possible you have a condition that needs medical intervention. If it were me, I’d want to know whether I have a condition that needs to be treated. You may simply have an irritation, or it might be something more serious.
Rough and prolonged penis-vagina sex can cause irritation, especially if there's insufficient lubrication. In addition, with deep penetration, the cervix can be bumped, causing cramping with expulsion of some left-over menstrual blood (or early blood if your period is about to arrive). The cramping may be due to this, or it could be that you're ovulating. In mid-cycle during ovulation, some women experience some mild cramping from time to time.
Again, if this continues, see your gynecologist. And be sure to use lots of lubrication and don't have p-v sex until you're very turned on. Your cervix rises and gets out of the way once you're very aroused, so don't be putting anything deep into your vagina until you're sure you're really turned on. Best of luck to you. Dr. J
