vulva tear
Hi, i was having sex with my girlfriend when I fell out of her and accidently jammed/pushed into her vulva area and the skin ripped. The area was not bleeding very much at all but still cause for concern because it looks like a little paper cut about an inch long. Should she just use some creme to make sure the area does not get infected and just give the area some time to heal or should she go to the doctor?

Yup. The old penis stab happens sometimes! As long as she keeps it clean with water and doesn't further irritate it, it should heal within a few days. I also suggest she wear loose cotton underwear so it doesn't chafe. If, for some reason, it doesn't heal, then it would probably be beneficial for her to see her gynecologist who can prescribe a healing cream. Dr. J
Just keep it clean and keep an eye on it...the skin is really thin down there but it heals in like a day or so
