Condom broke during sex, but I noticed it before I ejeculated.  We had sex earlier that night.  Should i be worried about pregrancy with the pre ejeculation?

Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: During sexual arousal, just before orgasm, the Cowper's Gland produces a milky substance which cleans out the urethra. This substance can contain millions of sperm from your last orgasm. And sperm can live several days in your urethra.

Condoms can break if you use mineral oil as a lube (which just DESTROYS latex) or don't pinch the tip before putting them on (pinching the tip prevents air bubbles from forming, which is the most common cause of breakage). Dr. J
