bloody mucus after fall from horse

Hi.  I'm posting this here because I'm a sinus infection sufferer.

Out riding my horse Saturday, I fell.  No serious injury, but since then, I've been having some blood in my mucus when I blow my nose.  It is not flowing out like a nosebleed.  This morning when I irrigated my sinuses a dark blood clot came out too.

I had a sinus infection last week, and I'm on augmentin which has helped.  My infection is coming out in the form of lots of snot.

I emailed my ENT and she said that bloody mucus is normal with sinus trauma and to monitor it.

When should I be worried?  Like if I had a lot of bright red blood?  Or...

Any time something is wrong with my body, I freak.
