Any advise or thoughts would help. Thanks

My daughter is just turned 1 the beginning of this month. When she was born she had 4 small birthmarks. She has one on the back of her head, one on her shoulder, one on her side and one just above her lulu.

A few months ago a knot appeared on her birthmark on her head and soon it turned into a blister and popped the next day. It healed up and a doctor said it was probably just a bite.
It's happened on another occasion since then in the same exact spot.

The birthmark on her shoulder has had the same symptoms. But hasn't fully bubbled and popped. On two different occasions.

She has another doctor's appointment tomorrow, but before I can get her in they seem to go away.

What could this be? It only has happend on these two different birthmarks.

I would ask to be referred to a pediatric dermatologist.

I dont know but I would take her to a childrens hospital the next time it starts. I have leaarned int he past that they seem to know more sometimes than doctors.  Do you have a childrens  hospital in your area? That is exactly what i do. My daughter has a birthmark on her side. I will pray for her and you and your husband. My hubby suffers from anxiety.
