Can anyone help diagnose my skin condition?

I have some random red dots on both hands, they are also over my arms/body/legs. Completely painless and can’t remember ever not having them. I’ve been deferred from an army application because of them but i have no idea what they are!

If they continue to bother you, consider expert consultation with a dermatologist.

It is difficult to make a diagnosis without images. One thing to consider are petechiae:

Hello and welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question.  Are these spots at all raised? Those are called a papules.   Or are they flat?  Do they have the appearance of a rash (with no other symptoms) or are they more like lesions?  Have you ever had a doctor take a look at them?  That would be the best thing. That you have always had this that you can remember and it's not really changing is a good sign it is not related to cancer.  This link has the three types of cancer outlined of which you really do not describe any of the symptoms of (good news).  https://www.cancer.org/latest-news/how-to-spot-skin-cancer.html

Thanks for the answer, they are all completely flat. They have the appearance of really faint pinkish dots, around the size of a pea. I have had a doctor take a look at them, had bloods, but was told i was a ok, however no diagnosis was given.
