Growth on toes

I'm not exactly sure what this is, but I put it under cancer because I guess it technically is.

Basically there is a small growth on my left big toe, and also to a lesser extent on my other toes (on my left foot only).

It causes no harm or annoyance besides the fact that it is cosmetically ugly and I'd rather it be gone.

Any diagnosis or recommended solutions for removal? I have no health care so I can't really see a doctor about it. Thanks

Thanks for the advice. I got this a long time ago though, maybe 2 years now. It hasn't shown and signs of receding passively and I have worn more comfortably fitting shoes.

I'm trying to find some sort of active resolution.

Thanks for the follow ups.

Thanks. I do think that's what it is. Do you know how I could treat it?

These could be from your toes rubbing on tight shoes.

Take care.
