I have little tiny black spots on my feet

My family are prone to freckles and moles. I noticed some moles are growing on my face, but I also noticed some black spots. They look like ink marks. Some are on my feet. I thought they could be cancerous but I am not sure I am not sick or anything. I have been feeling numbness and for the last 5 years I have suffered extreme anxiety and i think it plays a part in whats going on now. I am really scared that I am gonna die. I dunno what to do and I am deathly scared to go to a doctor, because i think they'll tell me bad news. I am tired of hearing bad news in my life.

They all haven't came in at once. Some have been there for years with no change but I am starting to see a few more. *sigh* Thank you.

They could be heaps of things. I totally understand your fear of going to the doctor but not visiting them will not change whatever you have got. If you know what I mean. Try to let go of the control and set up a big reward for yourself for after you have been. A nice meal or a bottle of wine or something. Can you take a friend or relative with you?

I think it's unlikely more than one melanoma would turn up at once but obviously if moles are growing you need to show an expert.

Take care and good luck.
