MY 3 YEAR OLD PIMPLE

I am 32 Years, 3 yrear old I have a Pimple in my face , for clear face i Press it , 2 days after it comes again I have press it again. i repete this from last three year. The affected area of my face give a white smelly liqued. By mY doctor I use adapalene Microspheres+ Clindamycin Phosphate, Gel Deriva-CMS Gel & Benzotl Peroxide Creamy Wash 4% after 25 days of using this medicne  the doctors change the medicne and now i am using Accare Gel , Adaplene & Clindamycin Gel with Doxycycline Hydrochloride capsules I.P.. on present dtd. 04.02.12 the affected area not gives any smelly liqued but have a white spot with a hole  when i wash my face the white spot gose more white - MY QUESTION IS THIS - THAT THE WHITE SOPT AND HOLE WILL BE TREAT BY SAME MEDICINE . WILL MY FACE BECOME ALL CLEAR AS BEFORE. MY DOCTORS IS GOOD BUT YOUR SUGGESTION IS MORE NEDDED FOR MORAL & CLINICAL SUPPORT - THAKNS & REGARDS. PLS. MAIL ME - MY MAIL  IS khulbe.***@****

MY QUESTION IS - IS THE TARTER SPREAD OR GOSE ONE TEETH TO ANOTHER.

The symptoms are suggestive of sebaceous cyst. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.

Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.
