My dad has this black lumps growing on his skin. [PHOTOS]

Hello Reddit! My dad have this black lumps growing on his skin for a month now so we decided to ask the doctor but his check-up will be in 2 weeks from now. I did some research and I think that it's Melona/Malignant. He is currently a working as a dishwasher, and we moved here in the US last September 2014. We came from the Philippines. He currently lives in San Francisco but every week, he stays with us her ein Sacramento for three days. He have previous health problems with his lungs. I think he had penunomia or water in his lungs but everything is good now. He have moles and warts which is a common thing in the fmaily. He's happy, and still strong. He always loves to eat. He is 57. I don't know hwat his weight is but he is average. Not so heavy, not so light. He have a problem with his right eye, a cataract is blocking his vision. We've been already talking to our eye doctor about it already. The black lumps, when still fresh, has some water inside but it does go dry and then another one comes in. We've been putting an ointment to that part hoping it will disappear. He have his "battle scar" from a previous surgery in his back, I don't know why he had that surgery but I heard there was a lump under his skin. It was years ago... 10 years plus... I noticed that his battle scar turned black, as thr same color of his lumps. That's all I can give you. Sorry for the few info. Please help, I'm afraid for my dad. Thanks a lot! God Bless.

PS: He have this old scar in his back from a surgery. It was soooo many years ago when that happened. Now, it's also swelling...
