How are you?  While scars are permanent, they can be revised but not completely removed. There are many products in the market that claim to remove scars that decrease inflammation and minimize pigmentation. . However, there are not enough studies to show their complete removal. There are many factors to consider such as the type of scar, location, depth, width, age and your medical history. It is best that you have this checked by a plastic surgeon or dermatologist for proper evaluation. Scar revision through surgery and laser treatments may be indicated. If it's something your doctor thinks can be helped with Mederma cream, I've had excellent results using that.  It's otc ... and now they make it in generic so it's less money.
