Rashes appear and diappear within minutes

Hi am from India and transferred to new Zealand some months ago. I used to sweat a lot in India but after coming here because of the cool whether i do not sweat. But when I go out in sun or workout in gym, or eat hot or chilli foods, or walk on steep slopes or take a hot bath these rashes appear on my body usually around my wrists firsts followed by whole arms, chest, legs, back some time buttocks too. These generally stay for minuet or too or until I cool down. The skin again comes to normal in minuets. Now my life is very much restricted because of this. I cannot play, go out in sun or do work which involves hard labour.

Hummm. Welcome to NZ (that's where I live too). The only thing I can think of is allergy. It is spring and there are starting to be a lot of pollen around. NZ is particularly bad for hayfever I believe. The other thing could be the clothes you are wearing. Wool is notorious for causing allergies. I get welts from sweating no matter what I'm wearing but find if I wipe down afterwards with a cool cloth things are much better. You might need to take an anti-hystamine (claratyne is brilliant) until hayfever season is over. That is if indeed it is hayfever.

Thank you for advice sounds helpful and relevent too. I have surched on internet about hayfeaver. I do not have fever and nos congestiion which are symtoms of it But I have recently got otitis (swelling in the ear) which is symtom of it.

I cannot go out in sun too. What do you think. I will need to have anithistamine tablets for how long. will this clear up in summer. I am currently not able to go out in sun as it rasis these hives in my body.

Just want to know are you a doctor?

No I'm not a doctor. Hayfever doesn't involve having a fever even though the name sounds like it should. If you are getting hives from the sun you should see a doctor. Sun sensitivity can sometimes be related to more serious conditions (auto-immune type things).
