Red spot on leg in Senior woman

I have a red spot n my leg for over a year, starts looking pinkish like it is going away but comes back, itchy at time and blanches when I press on it. It is smaller than a dime and in this year no changes at all except now I have a even smaller one near this one and another spot  near my ankle, that one is flesh colored and blanches also, both look like dry skin on them. Is this skin cancer?  After over a year if there were no changes is skin cancer possible?

Hi line, as you should expect dermatology diagnosis via the internet can be a bit difficult without images. If possible please upload some images (both leg and ankle).
