Strange bump

The other day I felt something painful in my vagina area and I noticed a little bump that was the color of my skin. It only hurt when I touched it. Two days later the bump was gone and it did not hurt anymore. It did however change color. It is now a brown-ish color. Im not sure what it is. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
