Wart looking growth on my calf

I had this "wart looking thing" for many years already. Maybe over 10 years already. Just curious on what is it.

I tried a lot methods to remove it but all failed.
I tried using salicylic acid (Duofilm).
I been to 2 sessions of Cryotherapy.
I tried using those freezing wart product available at pharmacy.

All in the end, grow back to the same thing afterward.
So it is a wart or what?

Most common warts are actually an infection in the top layer of skin, caused by viruses in the human papillomavirus. You can tell doctor if you have a plantar wart if you notice what appears is not normal.
