It has come out the skin layer. Well above the skin layer by well over 1mm.
And i didnt have this from my birth. It just popped up like a small thread. i noticed that when i was shaving. Then i pinched an tried to remove it. And it became quiet big that it was before. I think even i wouldnt have pinched, it would have grown to this size.
