skin rash underneath skin on palm

hi.
i have a white bumps under my skin on my palm slightly stiking out. i cant pop them and am not sure what they are. my hand is a bit sore but im not sure if its from this unknown rash. its not itchy or swollen. i first noticed one around 2 monthes ago.  then i noticed another and no on both hands i have a total of 16. im not sure what it is but i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

I know this is an old post but I have the exact same thing.  I've had this for over 20 years and was wondering if you ever found out the cause

Food sensitivity can cause things like this while you are trying to figure out what they are from try staying away from chocolate and citrus fruit, also tomatoes.

on 5th sentance i wrote then i noticed another and no on both hands a total of 16. The correct sentance is ::::::::::::::
: Then i noticed another and now i have them on both hands and have a total of 16.
