Can sleep apnea cause tingling in arms and fingers

Recently , I have gotten away from using CPAP machine -but was wondering if my (R) shoulder , neck pain and tingling in (R) arms and fingers could be a result of Sleep Apnea ?

It's not a common symptom, but I do see it occasionally in sleep apnea patients. However, you can't say one causes the other. What's the reason why you stopped using CPAP? Has your sleep apnea improved? If you still have sleep apnea, try treating it more definitively and see if the numbness and tingling improves.
