Hi i suffer with sleep apnea also i am on sleeping tablets ( Zopiclone)  is it ok to be on both as i have been on tabs for a long  time and would not like it if i come off  (Zopiclone) HELP thankyou

          I see that you were born in 1958, I was born in 1953, where do you come from sorry see your from Watford  , I am a Yorkshire man myself,  I am having trouble with my mask at the moment. Ive had my machine a bit longer than you at just over 12 months.

Very Good site though this is mate.

Hi Steve good of you  to reply thanks i have had CPAP for 7months now  took a while to handle it now its great changed mask this week.I clean once a week I use about 8 hours  a night i dont have memory card ....Once again thanks i am just getting used to this Site .....Ian

Hi Bob
          How long have you had your machine mate, how often do you change the silicone face mask, how often do you clean the whole apparatus,   how many hours on average per night or week do you use the CPAP machine , do you use a humidifier on the CPAP , have you had any trouble with the CPAP.

I have had my CPAP machine just over 12 months I have used it for approx 1850 Hrs and used two face masks ( silicone )

I have my humidifier set at 2 no more. or I wake up sweating

Do you use the memory card in the CPAP.
