dreaming while completely awake

i have this condition where i have a recurring dream (a dream i see while i sleep), then sometimes while awaking, i see scenes of that dream, quite clearly, i get a sense of throwing up and being unable to breath (as if i have to remember to breath-if i forget i wont breath-it has happened before, i forgot to breath and i had something close to apnea). its a very specific dream, in the times that it happens or shortly after it, i have a sense of joy similar to marijuana high and i can remember the details of that dream quite clearly. but as time goes on i cant remember anything, anything at all (i wrote the details of the dream immediately after having it). i have a history of migraine and Depakine 500 prescription which ended 2 year ago, im 25, more or less fit, no particularly straining life conditions and i have regular sleep routine
