Head tightness and no sleep

For the last few months Ive had a lot of trouble going and staying sleep.  I often feel this tightness around the front of my head specially around the top of my right eye socket.  I have been taking about 3mg of melatonin every night to help me go to sleep.  Anyone else with this tightness around the head and lack of sleep?  I was prescribed tradozone but I stopped taking it because it was not working that well and instead started taking melatonin.  I went to my Dr. to see if I had any electrolyte imbalance but it was within range.  Any help will be apreciate it.

Ask your doc about any underlying med issues involved.  If nothing, consider the cause could be non-medical, that wouldn't be surprising.  For that, use of a CBT sleep training system is the usual standard of care.  Ask your doctor about it.
