Almost every night it takes me an hour to get to sleep, even when I am exhausted. Then I wake up several times during the night. Also I've been told I sleep walk a lot. I also apparently talk about people killing me in my sleep. So I was wondering if any one knows I way for me to get some sleep at nights, because I'm extremely tired right now. Thanks

Epsom Salt baths might be helpful. The magnesium is very relaxing.

You should improve your eating habits like cutting caffeine and eat healthy, do exercise, stop smoking drinking. Sleep walks can also cause due to Stress,drinking alcohol, sleep deprived, so consult with a good doctor to get relief.
Hot baths can help you with getting sleep.
