I NEED HELP

i am an engineering student,22 yrs old.I am suffering from this problem since years.when i see beautiful females , it triggers my mind.I tend to look at their breasts and down. And i watch porn to satisfy myself.After seeing a bit of porn i still feel unsatisfied and i watch more porn.After that i masturbate.It makes me feel very guilty and bad.My father died when i was 8.I have no one to talk to.I am i a dying need of help.it has always been affecting my performance.PLEASE HELP........

Hi,
There is nothing wrong with masturbating, but if this is affecting your Day to day life you probably have an in valance of hormones.
I think going to a sex terapist will help you a lot.

I read some guys suffer over active sex glands/ to high testosterone level..not being satisfied afterwards can be a symptom and masturbation is normal and common however if you find yourself doing it many times a day the perhaps u should seek advise from your primary care doctor

Masturbating is normal and is not known to cause any symptoms, side effects or ill effects. If you are worried or depressed about this there is nothing for you to fear. If it is really bothering you and bogging you down and you need help consult your primary care physician, he will guide you appropriately.
