It is a sudden change to your body with the high compact exercise that not used to be. It's better to let you body to get use to your exercise step by step, you can first reduce your only 3 times practice to 1 or even 0. Until you feel you can get back to you sleep, you can then slowly increase your own practice step by step.
Hi, how are you doing, hope you will do better soon. Do seek advise of an physical instructor to cope up with exercises and seek medical attention if nothing works. Pls update. Take care.
I agree with Suri that you have to increase your pace slowly and since you're in the starting phase muscle soreness could prevent good sleep. Only other thing I can think is perhaps you are exercising to close to bed time?
Hi, suddent strain to body as you are in starting phase does cause soreness in muscle which prevents you from good sleep. Do increase your pace slowly and do it regularly. Do morning evening walk, stretches, have nutritious diet with lot of water or other liquids, have hot shower and listen to soft music before going to bed, these can be soothing to mind and body so it may be of some help. Few sessions of massage therapy can be beneficial. Mild dose of alprax also can be tried. Take care.
