Possible vyvanse side effects. Please read.

I have ADD, which was caused by my exposition to 300 ppm carbon monoxide as a kid. I recently started taking Vyvanse, which durasticaly improved my grades, but has left me with some side effects that I don't know how to deal with. But, I don't want to have to stop taking Vyvanse. Ever sense I started taking Vyvanse I have been acting a little OCD, having minor headaches, having major mood swings, a decrease of weight and appetite, and several other side effects. Ond of those is that I cant sleep. I'm almost positive that my medicine is causing an increase of anxiety when I'm trying to sleep. (It feels like no matter how much air I breathe in, that i'm just not getting enough oxygen.) (It also feels like my heartbeat has increased, but im not sure if thats in my head or not) I know its in my head and that I am getting enough oxygen, but i CANT SLEEP, no matter how exausted I am. Another thing is that I'm getting these rash like things (mostly on my arms and shoulders) I only get one at a time and when one rash goes away, another one almost immediatly appears somewhere else. But the thing that worries me the most is that there are "holes" in my vision. If i lay or sit down and then stand up there are about 20 seconds when I can barely see anything(like a giant blinde spot) When the blinde spots appear I feel light headed. I know I possibly sound like an overreactive kid, but someone please give me some advice on this stuff. Thanks!
