Hi! My daughter also suffered from leg pains as you described. Calcium was suggested, so she started drinking a glass of milk an hour before bed. This helped a lot. As she has gotten older she switched it up by taking calcium in tablet form. Before we found out about the calcium the only comfort we had for her (she would wake right out of a sound sleep in pain!) was for me to massage her leg and use a heating pad.
You definitely should see a physician to determine what is leading to your particular leg pain...like any pain (say a headache) there can be many reasons leading to it. For her it was a calcium deficiency. Good luck!
My daughters had the same problems. I finally took them to a Shriner's Hospital after their physician said that he didn't know what was causing it. They recommended using Quinine, in small amounts. They said to find it in Tonic water, the perfect amount. I gave them each a small...about a shot glass...of tonic water, each night, and the leg aches have never returned. They are now adults and no longer suffer from this ailment. Check out the potassium advise also, that may also help. Best of luck to you.
Well, this is not meant to be an insult, but if you are doing some kind of drug, especially that spice crap.........stop.
If you are not doing any types of drugs......well, even if you are, this is something that you KNOW is not normal. That does not mean it's bad, but be smart about it and go to the doctor.
If it is because of that spice crap or any other wannabe designer drug, it's more important that you are seen by a doctor, than keep it to yourself from fear of getting in trouble.
I am not a doctor, but I am suggesting you see one about this. Hope it's all good............oh yeah, just in case, lay off the sugar. This is not meant again as an insult, this is me thinking about things it could be. If you are a straight edged good young adult, cool, and more power to you. Like I said, just going by what you are saying.
Wait wait, one last thing, until you are seen by a doctor, eat some bananas or whatever you have to do to get a healthy amount of potassium in you. It is better to let a doctor check you out, but till then also look up "Restless Leg Syndrome".
Hope the best for you.
