Waking up in the night

Every night without fail I wake up in the middle of the night or early in the morning.  Often the anxieties of life weigh down on me and I have trouble getting back to sleep.  Is there anything I can do to help me sleep straight thru the night?

If you're anxious make sure to do things to express your feelings during the day. Could do physical activities, talking about your problems & options, writing, drawing, anything expressive. Therapy is helpful if you find the right fit.  Also meditation is very helpful but takes regular practice to develop a feeling of progress.  Get some support!
