What's causing my "sickness"?

Hello,

I'm here because I'm not sure what's wrong with me. For the past 2 months the left side of my neck has been swelling and going down. It would last for like a week then go away. Each time this has happened my symptoms would feel a bit different. In August it was neck swelling with racing heart and difficulty breathing when I sleep. In September it was neck swelling and some joint pain. Also swelling near my left armpit. This month neck swelling and now I'm waking up light headed on my left side and racing heart when I sleep. All of these issues mainly occur when I'm trying to sleep.
I'm getting a neck xray monday and my doctor said my bloodtest came back negative for thyroid problems. I'm not old or middle aged if it narrows it down. I just need something to suggest to my doctor.

Thank you
