When I sleep on my back Heart stops I can't breath

Hello. When I sleep on my back, as soon as I fall a sleep I see nervious dream, ending up with my heart stopping feeling, like I am dying, I can't move, I can't breath and after some seconds I Get back to life. When I sleep on my chest, nothing happens. WHat is the problem? Is it bad? How can I fix it?....

It sounds like you have what's called sleep paralysis. It especially happens when people sleep on their backs. Do a search online for "sleep paralysis" for more information.

It could be you are experiencing a hypnogogic hallucination, or you could be experiencing an apnea.  In any case, start with your doc to help you either treat or rule out any underlying medical basis.
