Sleep Problems?

Hey everyone, it's yo boi Lucario, anyways I have a problem. Sometimes I wake up with a headache and I go to sleep at 1-3 AM at night at times, and at times I wake up at 5 am and sometimes I wake up at 2:30-3 PM. Could this be a sign of something is telling me that I will have a significant health risk soon?

I would definitely check in with your primary doc, and advocate for a sleep study to be done. It could be many things, including hypertension and or hypoxia (lack of oxygen) from sleep apnea. These two things definitely need to be ruled out.

Depends.  See a doc to be sure.  But you might try drinking a little water before bed to ensure you're not dehydrated.  You should  probably work on your sleep schedule too, looks like it's all over the place.  Key to optimizing sleep is a consistent wake time.
