Hi, yours symptoms are suggestive of insomnia. Your symptoms may be due to Shift of work or sleep cycle due to late night work, parties etc.
The sleep problems can be resolved by transferring from the night shift or by adopting a daily sleep routine that is consistent seven days per week. Chronic insomnia may develop in individuals who work the night shift on either a rotating or permanent basis.
You can try melatonin against prescription which helps your sleep cycle to bring it to normal.
Even benzodiazepines or non-benzodiazepines against prescription are available which can help for early onset of sleep during night. Initially you will take time but you can do it and start normal routine sleep cycle.
I suggest you to consult physician. Take care and regards.
well i do cave blood not kidding .but not a vamp gladly
I would say your body-clock is just out of sync.
Try going to bed and getting up and the exact same time every day. Get up at the same time each morning - even if you've had little sleep that night. Make sure you get some sunlight in the day and keep active, exercise to wear yourself out (but not before bed).
If this doesn't work after a couple of weeks, go and see your GP.
PS: If you start craving blood, you could be a vampire.
