Is sleep apnea and migraines connected in anyway?

i have sleep apnea and wake with headaches just about every morning but i get so sleepy during the day and i fight myself to stay awake causing the headaches to progress before nighttime i end up with migrains like 3 nights a week

Hi, yes there are chances of sleep apnea induced migraines - migraine triggers. You need to consult your doctor for evaluation so that you can know more about it. By the way are you suffering from the above? and under any medications. Pls update as it may help others also. Take care, bye.

Sleep apnea can sure cause morning headache but I do not know about migraines.
