sleep disorder

my mother died after having a cancer operation and surviving the cancer twice before she had the operation a few weeks ago to remove tumour in her neck then suffered a stroke.  I watched her die over the coming weeks and i cant stop crying feeling so low not sleeping I cannot cope.

I am so sorry I know its hard I think you have to just allow the grief ..it takes some time , your mom is at peace now ,you will come to a place where you have accepted it, at the monet its just too early .Come and chat if you want to ...just use the PM 's ...

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Understand your predicament and sympathize with you.
Temporary insomnia can be treated with sedatives to tide over this phase. Then gradually the sedatives can be withdrawn as your normal circadian rhythm is established. Please discuss this with your doctor am sure he will provide further assistance.
