sleepless night's

Does anyone know what is a good sleep aid? i take ambim and i still seem to have problems falling asleep. i stay so tired all the time from the sleepless night's please help.

Thanks for that idea, yeah I've tried and it somehow helped.
reading before bed helped me kept drowsy, but the bad thing is, I still easily get awaken.

Have you tried reading before bed?  It doesn't always work, but it can help sometimes.

how many sleeping pills have you tried? i wanted to try using one since I cant go to sleep really well. its hard being awake even at late night.
