Heya ye ivebeen able to relax a lot more thankfully but still have weird feelingtiredness from the minit I wake up all day even if I go out x but I had anemia and was givin iron tablets I've nw finished my time of them and its been 4 weeks since I've finished but still very tired so I don't know what it is

Inability to sleep could be problems with initiating sleep or maintaining sleep is called insomnia. Anxiety can cause insomnia. And lack of sleep can also cause anxiety and this becomes a vicious cycle. Problems with breathing (Obstructive sleep apnea), certain medications, restless leg movements and sleep walking/talking could also contribute to insomnia.
You should stop becoming anxious and try to relax. Try to have a warm bath before sleeping. Have a glass of milk or read a book before trying to sleep. Don’t watch TV or do exercise before sleeping. Condition yourself that you can relax and that you can sleep well.
